To make a cold brew with Secret Garden, you can follow these general steps:
1. Use cold or room temperature water: Place the desired amount of Uplift tea leaves in a pitcher or container and add cold or room temperature water. The ratio of tea leaves to water can vary based on personal preference, but a common starting point is around 1 tablespoon of tea leaves per 8 ounces of water.
2. Steep in the refrigerator: Cover the pitcher or container and place it in the refrigerator to steep. Cold brewing typically takes longer than hot brewing, so you may want to let the tea steep for anywhere from 6 to 12 hours or even overnight to extract the flavors fully.
3. Strain and serve: Once the cold brew is ready, strain out the tea leaves using a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth, and discard the leaves. Serve the cold brew tea over ice, garnish with a slice of fresh orange or lemon if desired, and enjoy!
